These Yoga classes are designed to be inclusive, welcoming individuals of all fitness levels, and and body types. With a passion for making Yoga accessible to everyone, the instructor creates a supportive environment where participants can practice at their own pace.
Whether you are new to Yoga, or looking to enhance your practice, these sessions focus on helping you discover the physical and mental benefits of Yoga, regardless of your current condition. Everyone is encouraged to join and enjoy the journey toward better well-being.
Tuesday weekly 6:30pm - 7:30pm - £7 per session
reduced to £5 for pensioners
Friday weekly 10:30am - 11:30am - £7 per session
